Janelle Mann is Professor at the University of Manitoba and holds a PhD from Queen's University. Her research passion includes commodity markets, resources, and environment. You will most commonly find her working with time series data investigating price transmission, arbitrage, and asymmetries. She has funding through the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC), the Teaching and Learning Enhancement Fund, and her 2021 Mitacs Globalink Research Internship projects were accepted for intern matching. Dr. Mann’s research has been published in quality journals such as the Canadian Journal of Economics, Empirical Economics, and Energy Economics, ​and her research has been presented at dozens of conferences.
