Description: This course is intended for Queen's School of Business doctoral students who want to become skilled, thoughtful, and confident university teachers. In successfully completing this course the students are able to: adopt a learning-centered approach to teaching, engage with active learning techniques focusing on collaboration and sharing; implement a critical approach to teaching by reflecting on different effective teaching practices; and develop an approach to teaching in your own discipline.
